A modern, air-conditioned apartment with natural wood decorations, with a large panoramic window and a view of the promenade and the garden, equipped with satellite TV, telephone, WiFi network, safe, mini fridge, bathroom with toilet, shower, hair dryer and an additional toilet.
The apartment has a living room with a terrace and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a balcony. The living room has a sofa bed for one adult or two small children.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Please read the following information:
1. the cost of your stay includes access to the SPA area (indoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam sauna, Infrared sauna, “Sunny Meadow”)
2. the payment for the stay should be made in two instalments:
– 1st instalment of 30% of the remuneration payable within 24 hours of booking notification,
– The second instalment of 70% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
– In case of cancellation of the stay before payment of the 2nd instalment of remuneration, the Resort will charge the Guest with a handling fee of PLN 100.00.
(3) In the case of short-term bookings (less than 30 days before the planned date of arrival), a payment of 100% of the remuneration for the stay is required within 24 hours of notification of the reservation.
4th Failure to make the payment within the specified period will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
(5) Pre-authorisation of payment card or cash deposit is required on arrival.
6. the transfer should be made to the bank account given in the CONTACT section in the relevant currency. In the body of the transfer, please enter the number and date of the booking and the guest’s details.
(7) If you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your stay at our property, please let us know within 24 hours of making the booking. After this deadline, invoicing will not be possible.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
A no-cost cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date at the latest. In the event of cancellation by the Guest of the booked services, the Resort will receive compensation according to the following rules:
from 29 days to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date – 50% of the remuneration for the stay,
from 13 days to the day of arrival – 100% of the remuneration for the stay.
Cancellation must be made in writing only (by e-mail or letter) and requires written confirmation from the Resort. If the Guest does not use all the services or shortens the stay, the cost of the unused services is not refundable.
Any change of reservation is subject to availability at the Resort and may involve a change in the total cost of the reservation.
